Recipe: Gluten Free and Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

I SCREAM FOR ICE-CREAM!!!
No seriously, I really did scream the first time I made this. I slipped into a magical dream where calories, preservatives and excessive processed sugars just didn’t exist. This dream allowed me to enjoy my favourite dessert without a drop of guilt. In fact, this delicious dream was actually healthy for me! HEALTHY ICE-CREAM... it’s a MIRACLE! 
Now you too can share in my dream by enjoying this delicious, healthy, vegan, gluten free ice-cream. Best of all, it’s extremely easy to make with only three basic ingredients.

Ingredients:

·             3 Frozen Bananas

·             1 Tablespoon Almond Milk

·             1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

·             3 Tablespoons Carob Powder
 

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until a smooth consistency is developed, one that is similar to ice-cream.
Sprinkle with healthy toppings like nuts, seeds, fruits or drizzle with some honey or agavae nectar for added sweetness.
